Kaitlin Jarjura, MS, NCC

National Certified Counselor

In life, challenges and changes arise that can unbalance us and cause distress. During these times we can often feel alone or misunderstood. I am fully committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate these changes and challenges in a safe and nonjudgmental environment that fosters a journey to find balance in mind, body, and spirit. Together we will take this journey to achieve your therapeutic goals and find the path to healing. The experience I’ve gained through working with various populations, ranging from young children to adults, along with treatment of a diverse range of mental health diagnosis, has allowed me to come to the understanding that recovery is possible and inner peace is achievable.

I’m a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, grief and loss, and relationships. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Breath Work, Existential Psychotherapy, and other techniques to explore your underlying issues and find balance. I provided both brief and long-term therapy that is tailored to the needs of the client.
